From A and E to ward staff everyone was really kind and friendly although the doctor in A and E could have been more understanding when she was getting distressed and upset. he was quite abrupt with both of us. We were given good, understandable information about each process/scan. Can't really fault the people although sleeping on a chair in A and E because there was no ward bed was a bit uncomfortable!

Was called in for 12 O'clock, nobody knew anything, was given no info until seen 4 hrs later. Then given info about her biopsy etc. Felt extremely anxious.
